Tour-Pak and Saddlebags. Fits '08 Touring models with King or Chopped Tour-Pak and Color-Matched Hard Saddlebags. Not compatible with Fitted Saddlebag Liner Kit P/N 92189-06, Premier Liner Kits P/N 90485-08 and 53603-08, or Tour-Pak Lid Organizer P/N 53249-01B. Get the upper forward Tour-Pak latch (1) and 6.4 mm (ΒΌ in) flat washer (11) from the kit, and the lockset removed from the Tour-Pak lid earlier. NOTE A bead of silicone caulk (B) may be applied to the back side of the upper forward latch if desired, but care must be taken to not cover the drain hole (C).

The new Power Lock Kit for Touring Luggage from Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Accessories adds the convenience of remote powered locks to a Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycle, making it possible to lock and unlock the saddlebags and Tour-Pak with the touch of a button. The complete kit includes two key fobs, lock cylinders, power lock actuators, latches, cables, wire harness and installation hardware.
There are two Power Lock Kits available: P/N 76463-08 ($549.95) fits 2008 Touring models with Color-Matched Hard Saddlebags only, and is not compatible with Fitted Saddlebag Liner Kit P/N 92189-06 or Premier Liner Kit P/N 90485-08. Power Lock Kit P/N 76510-08 ($699.95) fits 2008 Touring models with King or Chopped Tour-Pak and Color-Matched Hard Saddlebags, and is not compatible with Fitted Saddlebag Liner Kit P/N 92189-06, Premier Liner Kits P/N 90485-08 and 53603-08, or Tour-Pak Lid Organizer P/N 53249-01B.

I have a different year Ultra classic FLHTC. Will this video help me? My kit number was HD 53303-07 and wire kit 70113-08.

Answer: Yes, the video will help you, but the kits are different. This video was made installing Harley kit # 53000291, which is an HD Detachable Tour Pak Conversion Kit for '14 and later models. It includes lights and the license plate mount because the '14 and newer Ultra Limited's incorporated those items into the OEM trunk and mount. When you remove your trunk you loose your rear lighting and license plate. So, the '14 and newer kit places the lighting and license plate in an alternate area.
