I got a popup of Digital signature window, and under which digital signature person details are not displayed for digitally signing the pdf' I have updated latest version of JAVA and firefox version 52.x then also the same problem is coming. Few days back i visited PF office there they check the digital signature token which is working in their. The last version of Firefox that could run the Java plugin was the Extended Support Release of Firefox 52, which has reached its 'end of life.' So Firefox is not a good option for that site. If a site requires Java, you can use Internet Explorer 11 with that site.

Yes. I could use this now. Everyone download Mozilla Firefox version 48 from File hippo. (I Googled it). After download go to options and then go to advanced. Go to Update and click never update. Restart the browser and it works.

If you get an error stating cant load XPCOM, then uninstall all the mozilla firefox and then delete mozilla folders from C drive program files & program files (x86) and then install the version 48 and disable the automatic update, you will be able to use it.
